Goods must be found to be in their good original unfitted condition in order to credit the full item amount and the restocking fee must be paid prior to return. We accept returns on standard products only within 30 days of receipt providing the goods are in their original unfitted good condition, there would be a 20% restocking fee of the product incurred and you would be required to return the goods to our premises yourself.

Goods must be opened and checked for any damage whilst the driver is present – if damage is found the goods MUST be refused with the driver. If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the goods and a re-delivery needs to be arranged you will be charged for the re-delivery.Īll boxes must be opened and checked for any damage before being signed for. If the delivery is after 5pm then damage needs to be reported to APC Ltd before 10.00am on the next working day. Please be advised delivery vehicles are 7.5ton so therefore if access is an issue, we MUST be informed prior to delivery date being arranged otherwise if delivery fails due to access issues you will be charged for re-delivery.
Our carrier can not provide a timed delivery service. Please note the chosen service as above is a scheduled delivery slot. This is between the hours of 8.00am until 5.30pm. We use a carrier to deliver most of our products (excluding Large & Extra Large Cheltenhams) – we will always contact you to arrange the delivery prior to shipping as the carrier’s terms and conditions must be adhered to.
Next working day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm prior working day, on stock items only.
